Instructions:

1) Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
2) Open with notepad the 'Hosts' file.
3) Add on new line: "127.0.0.1 http://www.socialappcreator.com" and Save it.
4) Run Software as Administrator and enter any details.

Reported. The application may register by blocking the website but the application fails to load.

I think the problem is when you open "host" file
Try to make this:
open start menu and write this in search box :
notepad C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\host
that will open host file in notepad add the line '127.0.0.1 http://www.socialappcreator.com' after that sign # on new row save and close must look like as:

127.0.0.1..............
