I am not saying that Seoking Corp is doing this on purpose -I dunno- but the OP has a paypal link right at the top of the post which links to the payment page for this product -SolaBots is the seller at paypal page. BTW, "This recipient is currently unable to receive money." as paypal says at the moment-.
So I'm thinking...someone wants to sell his thing, and wants free publicity. So, he/she opens a thread in a Blackhat forum, posts a share that doesn't work (duh!), and places a paypal button for people to buy. A lot of angry people, but maybe some buyers, and A LOT of free advertizing inside a BIG forum.
Cool idea [kidding of course]....maybe in the days to come, we will see more sellers using these tactics.
