they are legit, I had an issue with one of the sellers and after explaining they did not do what they said there were going to, they refunded my money, they are completely legit and have a nice new interface as well!

I am surprised. I sell some quick and easy for me to implement gigs on Fiverr but using some coupons here have found SEOClerks to be a great value and may even be able to charge more upfront.

Have already been a purchaser of over a dozen gigs and only one failed to deliver, to which the provider politely and quickly provided an immediate refund even though they had already completed about 20% of my order.

On a personal note, hope you can resolve this issue and receive your monies.
