Well,

You all should know that if you spam from a well-respected hosting,
They'll close down for the first spam complaint you'll get.
It's illegal you know.
I provide a bullet proof hosting, which means, it's not closed if spam complaints get in.

that's impossible, spam complain are also sent based on whois from arin/ripe etc.

Other setup seems nice since offer dkim and iprotation that's help a lot in term of inbox

all heat goes to your address, i guess there is a whois guard am i right?

And also this line removed from headers.
"Received: from YOUR-DESKTOP-PC-COMPUTER-NAME (unknown [124.6.121.1XX])"

how you hide the original email from and IP info ? if the header as simple as you said thats help a lot for inbox , whats the smtp program able to rewrite email header info
