Review:
10-second review: this looks like a pretty solid tutorial, well constructed and very organized. I think it assumes you know a bit about Google Adwords/PPC advertising, as it jumps right in to show you how to manually audit someone's PPC account.
Basically, find people spending money on Adwords;
offer to audit their account to save them money;
uncover the problems, but don't give away the show (so they can't do it themselves);
offer free 30-day trial;
If they sign up, charge them either a flat fee, a % of ad spend, or hybrid.
As BSO's go, it's a little light on step-by-step training, but I think it's all geared at making it necessary to own their software (which apparently does the audit and creates reports quickly). I also don't think this is for newbies. You might want to take a course on Adwords before you try to implement this one.

I didn't get the OTO for the software -- the webinar and sales video says "$47 for six months access" -- I assume that it will be calling the mothership (until/unless someone can null it here). I don't mind spending the $47, but what's the rate AFTER the six months? I don't want to invest in something that's going to skyrocket out of site and make my venture less profitable. I emailed the author's support site but haven't heard back yet.
