Ticket 1924 - Form Social Bookmarking performance issue with lots of user added sites.
Ticket 1926 - Window killer ignoring exceptions.
Ticket 1924 - Form Social Bookmarking performance issue with lots of user added sites.
Ticket 1931 - Decaptcher Issue not showing balance fixed.

Fixed success rates for Social Bookmark and Social Network sites
Plus the usual fixes and removals.
Based on ChangeSet #4327

Please Note: Some members have claimed this to be patched.

I also tried loading up my copy and it appears to be patched.
