Worthy of note is that the PDF is a promotional version with 46 pages of stuff like that and the actual book manuscript begins on page 47.
Superb find and share all the same and I'll be reading that immediately.

BTW, I made a version of this ebook minus the 46 (kind of useless...) pages, then converted it to EPUB.

If someone has the regular version of this ebook to share it'd be WAY better than the manuscript version.

Sadly, this version is stamped with an annoying block of full author contact info on every shortened page, which makes for very lumpy reading.
