I used to have an app that you upload the pdf and it would extract the sites from the pdf. Then create the links, however my computer fried any chance one of you have a copy of that app.

I don't even remember the name of it :( but it worked great.

Dood just replace the date in the URL for the packet you want, all pauls back links come out on a monday so for example September 10th 2012
