I think he mentions fiverr as an option for automation only or that's the impression I got from watching the videos. Didn't open the PDF so I don't know what's there.
It's def not the best or most comprehensive guide out there, but for newbies who aren't familiar with seo for youtube, it helps lay some basic foundations if not more. And for a person who is pretty heavily involved with video marketing, I know what he says is pretty much applicable and eventhough my strategies might differ a lot but I don't find any major flaws in his except that he didn't go in all details he should have and a few things need explaining for the newbie audience.

Again it's not the most comprehensive or most in detail guide to youtube seo but for what it is and for something free (atleast here :) it's not as bad as things I keep downloading every day :)
