I have a high density of same anchor text phrases across many URL's of a domain
Example

URL A has 80% anchor text phrase density for word "black shoes"
URL B has 80% anchor text phrase density for word "White shoes"
URL C has 80% anchor text phrase density for word "Blue shoes"

etc

What do you guys recommend as the best way to dilute the density across many URL's of the same domain without making the situation even worse

I have compiled a list of 5 alternative phrases for each URL ready to use so not sure whether to submit articles for each URL with alternative anchor text or is there some program out there that can build back links using these variations across many URL's of a domain

add many backlink to name of your website and domain name directly, and add many anchor text as click here etc should help you.
