So I was planning to promote a few CPA offers on Youtube. Before promoting I would like to clear out a few of my doubts first:
1) For example lets consider a game video "Maxpayne 2 Game Trailer", If I download the video which is ranked in youtube and then reupload it to my account by putting my CPA offer in the description will youtube delete that video soon as they come to know that I copied someone else's video?
2) If youtube is going to delete that video which they think might be a copyright video, is there a way around it so that I can protect my videos from being taken down? Is it necessary to change the pixels and framerate of the copied video before uploading the video to fly under youtube's radar?
3) If my CPA network comes to know that I am promoting my offers by copying others video, will they ban my account?
4) Is it blackhat to promote my CPA offers by letting someone else put my offer under their video by making a deal with them? As long as the traffic is targeted and high quality will CPA networks have a problem with it?
Last week I got accepted into 20 networks easily, I am hoping to start working with it as soon as I clear out my doubts!
I would really love if someone could answer my these questions, they have been bugging me for a long time and preventing me to start working and sit lazy!
Hoping to hear your replies soon! Thanks.

1) They *may* IF the video is reported and it is not copyright (or they are not aware that it is copyright). If users don't report it then they definitely will not. You can change small things to change the hash that the file resolves to and YT won't know it's been "stolen" as soon as you upload it.
2) The correct answer is: it depends.
Youtube have implemented what many thought was impossible: an extremely accurate content matching system that is fast enough to scan all new content in a reasonably short time. Amazing considering that 60 hours of video is uploaded every minute or whatever it is now.
You literally need to change the video so much that it no longer is a recognisable image to get around it so there's no point in trying. Adjusting colour levels, cropping, changing aspect ratio while still having a recogniseable image is basically impossible.
You can read more here about this system: w w w codinghorror com /blog/2010/09/youtube-vs-fair-use html
Having said this copyright holders can elect various actions to be taken once the content they own is discovered: some of these options include leaving the video on Youtube, often with the copyright holders ads being shown over it or blocking the video in certain regions.
3) No. Or at least not in my experience. Some will care about copyright works though. You can always hide your traffic sources using CPA Redirector or another cloaking method - just use one that gives the network a referrer, one thing many networks don't like is no source for traffic.
4) Absolutely they will not care.
