Among the various CMS such as Pligg, PHP-Nuke and may other CMSs, what is your favorite for linking building?

as the saying goes its best to use link diversity.
there are some that are easier, there are some that are a lot easier,
but i think (still) the most effective is a link from a high pr relevant web page, if you have a few - even better,
chuck that in with whatever else you are doing.
