how can i use it?

extract it in your hosting. After that run installing.php to install it... Before this you need to make new database and username.
Insert name of database,username and password for your database, insert your username and pass for loggin and that is it regarding installation. Login with you username and pass and you are ready to share your traffic to your other web sites...
I see that there are advanced tools but they are not working... maybe they leave it for new version and don't know what that will bee. When new version get out i will share it.
