In a nutshell it shows you how to set up Instagram on your PC, though how this could be made into a WSO I don't know.

Quick review:
First part is how to upload to Instagram using your PC - I'm 100% you could google this anyway. Second part is some marketing ideas, like discounts for local restaurants. It is very very general and there is no method in involved just made up scenarios in his head!

Conclusion - If I had bought this I would have been very very gutted - so big thanks for saving my bucks!

This WSO uses bluestacks to access instagram. Bluestacks is currently in beta version. very slow and have problems uploading pics.
