The basic idea:
Phase 1:
For little businesses, instead of getting paid entirely in money,
get a small amount in money and the rest in gift cards. This
helps the small business owner keep costs down, plus you
will get good recommendations.
Example: Massage Parlor, instead of $1000, take $300 and the rest in 1-hour massage gift cards.
Phase 2:
Use the gift cards as an incentive for big business executives to meet with you for 20 minutes.
Tips include doing full, very extensive research on current marketing being done, dressing for success, and charging a lot.
You have to be very confident to pull this off.
Then you have to be willing to provide on/call service 24/7, as well as 2 hours daily on one account.
For 10k/month per account, it would be worth it.
Not for the newbie! For people already doing offline marketing or well-versed in it.

This should be my WSO, been doing this for many years. I disagree with the OP on a few items. I would much rather have 10 businesses paying me $1,000 month rather than ONE business paying me $10,000. Many successful companies have gone bankrupt because too much emphasis and revenue was based upon having ONE major client. Diversification is good in this situation.
The OP also makes another mistake. He claims that for $10k a month the client OWNS him and can call him at 2AM, bullchit. Clients will take ADVANTAGE of you if you allow this to happen. One of the reasons we own our business is to enjoy a certain LIFESTYLE. I am not going to cater to my client, nor should you.
In addition, when the majority of your income and time is spent with ONE client you don't expand your horizons. Not good. I have several restaurants that pay me in trade with Food credits. A $300 credit only cost them $100 net, but too me it's worth $300.
