Additional comments:
1. I've tested it with WP 3.3.2 and 3.4 RC1. Exiting install and fresh install, in both cases it's working smoothly.
2. I've bought it for one of my clients and then sharing here. I think it has no malicious codes.
3. Update manager shows it is version 7.0.9.5 but it's the latest version available (I've downloaded from my member area).
4. I'll try to provide future updates.

Can anyone give me some pointers of how to install this theme? I tried to upload the zip file within wordpress as it is provided but it keeps failing. Unfortunately I don't have direct FTP access (yet). Do I need to unzip it, re-zrip? I also found shopperpress_update.zip file inside the download, how to apply this update or will it be applied upon upload or through theme update option?
