A lot of 'Free' images actually aren't as although they are 'Royalty Free' they still require a payment for the download.

As far as I can see this site really does have completely free clipart images, without restriction on use.
If anyone sees differently, then please post in this thread.

It would be great to know about any other sites that have this totally free and unrestricted use - it is easy enough to find ones that aren't.

Thought I'd take a look around for some more sites, the following are some that I've seen, of variable quality. What I'd like to do is detail which are the best, how many images and what type they are. In the meantime, I thought I'd just post them here, as it could take me months :D
