Hi. I recently paid for imarketing.courses membership but i have some problem in downloading their course

example this one:

the video course is 2 hours and 26 minutes long.

If possible please screen record a video method or show me in detailed via pm please.
Willing to pay if your method is working.

FYI:
I bought latest version of StreamFab too but when i am trying to download it, i will download but it is taking forever to download, but my internet download speed is 300 to 500 mbps.

Can anyone please teach me working method on how to download it successfully.

unless you share your login details for me to test out my process, there's no other way to test this. they don't have free courses only for paid members.
