Its an Imacro script.
Install the Imacro extension for Firefox.
Place this script you downloaded into "mydocuments/Imacros/macros" folder
Start Firefox, go to the Google +1 page at YLH.
Put 99999 into the "Repeat Macro" variable box.
Click "Play(loop)"
Script collects Likes.
Go sleep while computer works for you. :P

not working for me it gets stuck on tag position 1 type span attribute id button

It works just bad instructions in first post. I assumed people will use it the same way as my others for fb likes which is how it works.. Ahh nice! you made it start from the other page also! cool for the ones who dont understand nice work :)

Unrar, add .iim file to the Documents\iMacros\Macros folder, run Firefox, go to the Youlikehits.com enter the page where you should +1 page and press play in iMacros

thanks man it was pretty easy. I also got my youtube subscribers going.
although i wouldnt run it too long.

remember to login to YLH and click on youtube subscribers.
then just click play.

one thing you guys have to consider:

if you have a slow internet connection you might have to edit the
"WAIT SECONDS=" and make the number value higher. that way the script can wait for the page to load.
also the longer you set it the more natural it seems. (keep it under 90 seconds or it wont work).

for the subscriber script i uploaded specially, you should make the number around 10 seconds.
