It is one time install ever u want to reinstall , it will not work. If u hv different key which is not activate yet then it will works. But unfortunate according to MSDN rules that we need to install the key before the activiation day ie 7-10 of purchasing the keys.

2- When you say install once, does that mean for one machine only but it can be installed over and over in the same machine?
