Props and respect to the uploaders...This is a copycat book of the late Jim Straw's material. Mr. Straw wrote two books on finding. They are excellent!
I know this is old, but is this a viable business? My guess, there isn't much need for a middleman or finder anymore.
You have a great chance of earning a finder's fee (commission) if you can bring a legitimate buyer to the attention of a seller. If the deal closes, you earn your money. As with everything in life, you have to earn it. You must work hard to have success with this business model. Straw was a bonifide businessman. He knew his stuff.
