I just started an account here, too. As for the rules on advertising your services, I'd reach out to a Mod. Each thread here has its own set of rules. But if you're looking to promote your services in your signature, then I believe you have to be a VIP member (But I could be mistaken! So, reach out to a Moderator if have any questions).
