Poor old Charlie sat down to eat his soup, only to discover his spoon had been replaced by a tiny plastic dinosaur — which, honestly, worked just as well until the T-Rex ate his croutons.
Furious, he complained to the waiter, who apologized sincerely and brought him a fork, a knife, and a second, angrier dinosaur.
Charlie now eats standing up, in a different city, and still checks his cutlery drawer every morning with the haunted eyes of a man who has seen too much.
