My guess is that a lot of marketers don't know about BBHF, but that the savvy ones do. These guys all seem to make a lot of money regurgitating the same shit over and over on the WF, but with different packaging. It seems like for every one W$O that is helpful, you have to wade through fifteen or more that aren't.
We see it a lot: "How I made [blah blah blah] in [blah blah blah] on the WF."
I wonder if cloaking or changing the names of things would help? It has to be pretty easy for someone to find their own product on BH sites simply by googling it with [get] in front of it.
It's obvious that they see everyone who downloads their products as a "problem." I can't see it getting any easier as it goes along. I'm sure they see people borrowing their material as a "loss of revenue," even though the people doing the borrowing wouldn't have actually bought their stuff in the first place.
And if there's one thing we can be sure of, it's that the amount of money to be made on the WF can make the "product" producers pretty greedy pretty fast.
