He gave me 2 accounts.
The cost of the 1st account was $8 and it got banned.
(During this time, Google Verify was continuously requested for 5 days.)

Then he gave me the 2nd account.
The campaign cost was $25 and it got BANNED again.

He have been verifying and stalling for 12 days.
The campaigns could only spend $33 in 12 days.
