Hey everyone,
I’ve been dealing with a really frustrating issue for the past few weeks. My internet randomly disconnects when I’m on Wi-Fi, but everything works perfectly fine when I plug in an Ethernet cable. The Wi-Fi signal is strong (router is in the same room), and it usually drops for 5–10 seconds before reconnecting automatically. Sometimes it happens once every hour, sometimes multiple times in 10 minutes.
I’ve already tried:
* Restarting the router (TP-Link Archer AX55)
* Updating Wi-Fi drivers on my laptop (Windows 11)
* Changing the Wi-Fi channel to avoid interference
* Resetting network settings
Nothing has helped so far. Could it be an issue with the router firmware, or maybe my laptop’s Wi-Fi card is dying? Has anyone experienced something similar?
