you create a free report and giveaway, so all the standard stuff.

Get a Report.
Get an auto-responder
Get a squeeze page
get a Thank you page
Get a d/l page
Get hosting
Buy solo ads
Do Ad swaps until you get to a 1,000 names

BIG SECRET: when doing ad swaps to get your clicks up
RESEND to your list, using "Mail Un-opens" option!

Then mail, here's his schedule(copied from report):

MAILING SCHEDULE
Sunday: Ad Swap
Monday: Ad Swap in the morning, promote WSO in the evening
Tuesday: Email your list with free content (no opt in)
Wednesday: Ad swap in the morning, promote a different WSO in evening
Thursday: Ad swap in the morning
Friday: Promote a different WSO in the morning, send it to unopens in the Evening IF
you make sales on the first email. If the email in the morning does not convert, send a
different WSO promotion in the evening.
Saturday: Your choice. I switch it up and I'll do wso promos, a personal email to my
list just about my weekend, or if it's a Holiday weekend, I just wish them the best, or a
combination of and ad swap and a content email.
ALSO IMPORTANT: I generally purchase 1 Solo Ad per week, 150 to 300 clicks,
usually on a Monday. What this does is keep the list fresh and keep the clicks coming in
consistently.

Method #2:

You actually create your own 'for pay' WSO.

Same drill, but make great product and charge for it.
