As expected, these are poisoned shares.
The function.php files carry encoded php linking to beteks domain to bring in off-site code to your site
The footer files have added hardcoded links too.

I'll download them now, clean them and re-post cleaned shares later.

Ok, cleaned share below,

office-space removed - it causes Comodo to throw a trojware detection, the file causing it is javascript, only 1.5k, and clearly no problem, but removed it anyway

The PUA.Script.Packed-2 from ClamAV is a typicaly false detect from them caused by dense written code.
