yeah i got that dj crap too ... i checked the footer and i cant get rid of it. Its not there.
you can erase it in functions.php

What I REALLY wanna know is if that by using this famous CTR Theme on my money site am I going to get myself in trouble with the Big G , coz I really don't want to get banned of doing something wrong with them breaking some TOS...please gimme some good advice and/or share your CTR Theme usage experience!
