That means if you put
http://www.all4scrapebox.com/ Scrapebox lists
into Goolge.
Then go past all of the actual websites links for all4Scrapebox.com.
You will find the links random sites with all4scrapebox link in the description.
These are the sites all4Scrapebox.com posted to while looking for auto approved sites.
Click on the link.
If you have SEO Quake install you will have the Page Rank.
Then you can post to the sites with highest rank and are relevant to your site.
It is time consuming but a very good way to get some valuable backlinks while you are getting to the point where you can buy Scrapebox.
