I think one of the things to remember is:

7 bucks for a bitching hot software doesn't lend much to expect.

Soo if you see some salespages for info products possibly a bit smaller ones. They can be pretty good for 7 bucks.

I buy some WSOs now and then. Some times just to share, some times just because it's cheap (ripping it is even cheaper actually..) and sometimes because it looks funny. But it's never really useful.

True that. I myself have bought a few WSOs in the beginning but I'd say 1 out of 20 is only useful, the other 19 useless! I even once bought a crappy WSOs "How to make $450 in the first 24 hours" and it turns out to be a "rewriting other WSOs and sell it on your own brand" only. WSOs are useless, Period. I'd only buy one if it's a useful plugin or software.

But I have also bought some good WSO that has helped me a lot. :D

If you'd make WSO "How to crack Software" with the PinPalBot as an example I would buy it *lol*
But all the "How to make xyz$..." are more or less useless.

There a lot of good WSOs released. You just have to be selective. You have to remember, newbies need to learn the basics so you might know how to do the stuff in these reports, but there are a lot of people that don't. I am going to release a WSO on list building and how to work your list here in a few days. You won't probably need it, but many will find useful information in it.
