Just talked to one of the course owners sales reps this program costs $9,800 or can be broken into 3 payments but that's still a lot so course is not a cheap one.

Did they send you the payment page?
No, you have to book a call with them and talk to them via google meet on their website. There is no payment page until after you meet with them.
