Simply Extract it, place it in your zennoposter 3 templates folder, edit the emailpass.txt file (the template uses gmail for email verification so place gmail accounts in there), place some .jpg's in the profile pics folder.
Most importantly is the template doesn't do captcha (use private proxies so captcha doesn't appear).
