I have just tried this plugin and followed your instructions below. However, I could only click on WP headline on my WP dashboard, then, it prompted to ask for username and password, did I miss something here?

I've looked into this, I did originally think that much of the graphic content was hosted on the providers site, behind membership access, but I was wrong - that's just adverts..
I've removed the menu insert for the advert and the annoying login page
Now, when you create a post, in visual mode, you will see the WP icon in the toolbar, click this to access the headline styles.

You don't need to use a password and login to use it, just create a post or page, and use it directly there :)
Just go to your post or page and you can use it their, please forget about that tab it's just only for the videos training on how to install the plugin , not more !!!
