Also, thanks for the tip about downloading with Real-Debrid. I do have an account, but it just never occurred to me to use it for downloading files - I've only ever used Real-Debrid for the quality video stream links it provides.

Real-debrid is very affordable --- a six-month subscription costs less than twenty bucks (US dollars). It's easy to use and lightning fast. It supports both premium (paid) hosts as well as links on free-to-use sites like Mediafire, Mega, YouTube and Vimeo link.

You can then search Google using any of the premium host URLs (ex: Rapid.gator.net; just remove the dot in between the word since I can't post RG links on BBHF) then add the course title or marketer's name and let Google bring up the downloads on a premium host site. Then you will need to convert (i.e., strip the DRM code from the proprietary links) and that's where Real-Debrid comes in. Dump the RG or other link into the window in your Real-Debrid account and get the download that way.
