Do any members know how to contact FACEBOOK customer services?

Several weeks ago, I had my FACEBOOK account hacked, and the hacker posted obscene images of children on my page.
The first attempt closed my account, and FACEBOOK reached out to me requesting to change my username and password. Unfortunately, the hacker had added their own email address, and when I tried to remove this, eBay advised that I was unable to do so and they were sending an email to confirm removal, locking me out. The hacker continued to bombard my FACEBOOK main page with obscene images... So, FACEBOOK closed my account down and will permanently remove it in 140 days.

I am not bothered about the main profile. It's the sub-profiles that I am upset about. One is my author page with over one hundred plus five-star reviews and ARC testimonials, and the other is my review page.

So, if anyone can help, me contact FACEBOOK, I would be extremely grateful.

Unfortunately I do not have a solution to this predicament.

However, I just wanted to say that many members will empathizes with you on this sad occurrence.

I really hope that you will get a resolution in time, but all I can offer you is my thoughts and prayers.

You seem like a decent person, and may I suggest that you try to make contact DIRECTLY with FB Customer Services (they do have offices all around the world)
and offer personal security identifiers to prove that you have been hacked.

Its probably a very common occurrence, and surely Facebook have some measures in place to mitigate again it and solve it.

Thank you, bestblackhatterZZ, for your kind words and, sadly, being the only member to respond/comment. Unfortunately, as my title states, Facebook is faceless when it comes to customer care, especially the little man.
I did reach out to someone who insisted that they could get my Facebook account reinstated for free; we agreed on a price I paid them, and then they produced some BS that their PayPal account was blocked, and I needed to send them the money again. Firstly, I was not born yesterday, and secondly, I don't have it. So, they closed the telegram account, and the money is now gone... How do these people sleep at night?

I just thought someone on here might know a contact address for FACEBOOK, but it seems not
Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me, and I tried contacting support several times, but with no response. The chat service is also unable to assist you. Even when I recorded an ID verification video, I received no response or instructions. For a few days, try to recover your account again with the downloaded ID card ( i used my passeport). Then it will come. I had waited more than a month

Thanks, netfinder, for your suggestions; however, I have no access to them whatsoever. All I have when I go to any of my Facebook accounts is this.

Your account is not visible to people on Facebook and you can't use it.

What happens next?
It usually takes us just over a day to review your information.

If we find that your account does follow our Community Standards, you'll be able to use Facebook again.

If we find that your account doesn't follow our Community Standards, it will be permanently disabled and you won't be able to appeal again.
