It's on a Rapid.gator (paid/premium) host link so all that stands in the way of you downloading this file is the proprietary DRM code that makes it useful only to people who have a paid Rapid.gator account. But a simple-to-use, inexpensive debrid app can strip that code away and make that link as useful as if you're downloading from Mega!
Since I can't directly post premium links to a BBHF thread, here's an image of the download link you can type into your a debrid app to convert in an instant:
