This software is 100% working I've been using it and have been getting good results. Software is a bit buggy, recommend decaptcha or deathbycaptcha rather than manual captha solves. You dont' need a username and password just enter anything.

some of the windows in settings dont show up/open fully.
what can be the reason for it?
