I've looked through this, and Drock and bearflambe are right. It does request a paypal transaction ID. You also have to pay for phone time, at 2.5 cents per minute.
Turns out that you can get the same service over at callfire.com for 3.5 cents per minute.


It still might be worthwhile to sign up for CCSK for the "training" and scripts if this if your first time working with automated calling.
