@All: As manythanks said in the OP, the download link goes to Steve Miller's Field Guide to his book, Uncopyable, along with other goodies.

So you are getting the 43-page Field Guide along with a 3-page PDF (Branding Words) and a 1-page PDF (The Marketing Diamond). Just right-click on each of the 3 buttons in the graphic on that download page to get the materials.

@mitpapgr: You can find the book (Uncopyable) on most ebook download sites; such as Annas-Archive and Library Genesis, to name but a few. But I've gone ahead and provided those links as well as copies I converted and uploaded to Mediafire below for your convenience.
