This is a strange one... This thread was started in 2012, and as per my comment on post #45, this thread is dead. Not only does the link no longer exist, but the website that housed the link also no longer exists.
The strange thing is, since my comment, there have been 15 new posts thanking the OP for the share. Or am I missing something?
Maybe the MODS could have a cull of the old, obsolete threads.
