I did not encounter that. I am running the latest WP version and it loaded up fine.

Have you tried extracting the folder and uploading it directly to your plugin folder?

I just download this plugin and try to uploading this plugin. without any changing.

Unpack rar* file, and pack again to zip* file, then upload to your wordpress.

It's working now. Just Extract this file .rar and again create archive with .zip file.
