interesting approach. Not sure I like it for my current publishing model, but it might be worth testing. This approach focuses on publishing expanded blog/news articles into short books on trending topics. On the one hand, it could lead to some healthy spurts of traffic and sales. On the other hand, trending topics tend to die incredibly quickly so you'd have to be constantly publishing. One positive is that you would NEVER be at a loss for topics so you could have a huge catalogue of books.

Idk... I think if I were to test it I might go the old school route of trending topic > advertorial book > email list. Much better way to leverage the traffic spikes for bigger sales.
