Hi i need help purchasing some themes and scripts over envato, however everytime I'm about to make a purchase the account gets locked up. I've tried working around it, trying to register on other device, another house hold, clear cache , history, cookies, blocked tracking, VPN (cheap ones only) but still end up having the account locked up.

I 've read through some forums and on reddit and apparently this is also happening to other users , and envato is being a b^tch about it giving cryptic message without further explanation due to their "company policies"

if you're buying, why not create a new account. Use a fresh device with vpn if you have to. Also make sure the item hasn't already been pirated and leaked before you purchase. If all else fails I can help you by buying it for you if you reimburse me
