I bought this, I think it's re-hashed PLR, but he has a good sales page. Anyway, there are also
a ton of pumpers on the thread saying how fantastic it is so I figured I'd at least post it here
to save everyone the trouble of buying it. I'd like to know what the rest of you think as well.

I agree with you OP, this stuff is rehash. It's divided into 6 PDFs (7 Day Action Plan).

Day 1) Theory- What is a BUYING Niche?
Day 2) Practical- Finding YOUR Niche!
Day 3) Theory- The Art of Selling!
Day 4) Practical- Your Sales Page!
Day 5) Theory- The Problem With Traffic!
Day 6 and 7) Traffic Time! Lets Go!

I wonder what's up with the author and the use of explanation points, lol.
