Come on guys, the OP was kind enough to share the course. So many of you have downloaded it, and some may have used it too. For a change, why not re-upload it for others who couldn't download it the first time?

Im interested by the course too. However the link is dead for months now so im not so sure that many people have downloaded it. At this point maybe a request thread is necessary instead of keep posting here to unlock a dead link...
