Blackhat Stripper can strip any html links from content either on save or on load. This is especially good for people who scrape content and can't go through each post/comment to remove outbounds links (go go autobloggers!).
I use this on all of my autoblogs for the above mentioned reason. I set it to strip all links on save then scrape my content.
