I respect what you have to say about my service. Yes, you got ignored since your ticket got buried. That was my fault. Also, I actually sent you a PM last Dec. 20, 2024 asking about the account that was downgraded and waiting for your response. I will accept your negative feedback and will do something about a replacement. My apologies.
