its about creating a directory like website which targets local businesses.
1) get a domain name something like inauckland.co.nz .... yes i am from new Zealand.. :)
2) set up categories for different businesses in your site or sub domains like bestbarber.inauckland.co.nz ... etc
3) get the pages ranked
4) rent the "net space" @ page out to local business...
Didn't go through all the material yet...but that's it in a nutshell...hopefully someone finds this useful and maybe saved themselves the download..:)
Is it a real estate course?
NO it's not. It's about building very targeted niche websites and the "renting" them to local businesses that want the leads that the site is generating. I have another course just like this "Google Love" by "Rockstar Dan" and it's good, but he leaves a lot out and wants you to join his private membership. Of course it's closed and he doesn't respond to emails either.
Thanks for the share, hopefully this fills in some of the gaps from the Google Love wso.
