what are the chances of downgrade for Grammarly?

Brother hooked me up with NordVPN and SEMRush.

Sadly, the SEMRush account stopped working within a day of delivery.
I promptly emailed op and explained that the account had been suspended.

Op didn't offer any excuses.. simply apologized and offered to refund the money - no questions asked!

WOW.

This reminds me of how GBs and BSOs were operated on this forum back in the day.. you simply asked for a refund (which in this case I did not) or show an error in the system.. and the op refunded fully.. no questions asked.

Makes me want to see what else the Op's offering..such character deserves support.
